Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1cup besan


  • 7-8 palak leaves


  • 1tsp red chilli pd


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric pd


  • 1/4 tsp ajwain


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala

Directions

  • In a bowl tske besan, chilli pd, turmeric, both salts, chat masala, 1tbs hot oil,and ajwain
  • Make a batter
  • Keep aside for 5 mins
  • Heat oil
  • Take palak leaves dip into batter
  • Fry into hot oil one medium heat
  • Fry from both the sides
  • Remove it on tissue paper
  • Serve with ketchup
